James is highly passionate about supporting local small businesses with his knowledge of digital marketing. He is a regular guest speaker on local television and radio shows, educating small businesses on using the latest digital marketing tactics to grow their businesses.

Before establishing Cybertegic in 2000, James worked at Nestlé as its e-business project manager and successfully launched several online business ventures for Nestlé during the boom of the dot.com era.

As a seasoned practitioner of digital marketing and a big nerd of technology by heart, James enjoys helping businesses grow through the innovative use of online marketing and AI technology.

Johnny Chou, VP of Digital Strategy, Cybertegic

Johnny Chou, Director of Business Development at Cybertegic, boasts over 10+ years of extensive experience catalyzing business growth through digital marketing strategies. Proficient in both English and Mandarin, Johnny excels in developing and managing sales and client accounts on the international stage.

With a distinguished career that includes pivotal roles at Dentsu Aegis Network and Isobar in Taiwan, he brings a strategic and results-oriented approach to the dynamic field of digital business. Before Cybertegic, Johnny is a proud alumnus of The University of Texas at Arlington, where he earned his Master of Business Administration in 2014.

Jennifer Huynh, Marketing Manager at Cybertegic

Jennifer Huynh is currently working as the SEO and PPC Project Manager at Cybertegic, where she has been since January 2015. With over eight years of experience in the digital marketing industry, Jennifer possesses a wealth of knowledge in various areas, including SEO, Google Advertising, Yelp Marketing, Amazon Marketing, and Shopify.

Prior to her role at Cybertegic, Jennifer was the Business Manager and Marketing Manager for Eternal Sparkles and CeriJewelry. Jennifer's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton with a concentration in marketing.
