Impacted by the January 21 Tragedy

As you know, the January 21 tragedy has had repercussions throughout the communities of Alhambra and Monterey Park. Family members of those killed and injured in the Monterey Park shooting on Saturday, January 21, along with those who witnessed the mass shooting, may qualify for compensation through CalVCB.
Call the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Bureau of Victim Services at 1-800-380-3811 for assistance in multiple languages, including Chinese.

Victims may qualify for up to $70,000 in reimbursements.

- Emotional support
- Medical appointments
- Income loss
A Victim and Survivor resource center has been set up in response to the tragedy that occurred at the Star Dance Studio on 1/21. Anyone seeking assistance related to this incident can visit the Langley Senior Citizen Center. Services offered include mental health services, crisis response teams, and victim’s services.
Chinese assistance is available through Langley Senior Citizen Center.
