The family run convenience store, Big T Mini Mart, specializes in customer satisfaction and meeting the needs of the Alhambra people. Its soft grand opening took place on May 2 and since then, customers have been coming back for more. Trent Yamauchi, Big T Mini Mart’s owner, says they have,”...a version of an ICEE that no one has around here,” and that it is a customer favorite; the store also holds a 12 selection soda fountain and basic groceries for it’s customers convenience. Yamauchi is a fellow Alhambran who has lived here for more than 20 years and knows what the Alhambra public wants with three times the selection of any other convenience store in the area.
