We provide public infrastructure and municipal services to protect and enrich the daily lives of over ten million people in Los Angeles County.
Esperanza Services is a nonprofit organization that has served the developmentally disabled community within Los Angeles areas since 1996.We worked from a small office at the Alhambra Complex offering services to a handful of consumers. By hard work, word of mouth, the number of people we served began to grow. By 2001, we had 40 consumers and, by 2004, we were serving over 100 consumers and had 42 employees on staff while also providing shelter and housing services to approximately 45 families.
Home of Angels (HoA) is a non-profit organization founded by parents with developmental disabilities children. Its mission is to provide an inclusive setting where these special needs people can call home. It would be self-contained with amenities necessary to provide quality life to this under served population.
Taiwanese American Professionals Los Angeles (TAP-LA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing and empowering the Taiwanese & Taiwanese American community in Greater Los Angeles through networking and professional development, while emphasizing the preservation of Taiwanese American Identity.
We are a global network of youth researchers, action seekers, and aspiring social entrepreneurs. Together, we lead our communities to a brighter future and a more sustainable world. At Youth Research Vox, no dream is too big, no action is impossible. While the youth are only twenty percent of the world's population, we are one hundred percent of the world's future.
