The Downtown Alhambra Business Association (DABA) is excited to present
“Dine Alhambra Restaurant Week,” taking place Jan. 24 through Jan. 31. This week long event, formerly called “Taste of Alhambra Restaurant Week,” is part of “Visit California Restaurant Month,” which is celebrated in many major cities to help stimulate tourism and patronage at local restaurants.
Foodies can expect great food and prices that promise to delight the palate and wallet thanks to specials and prix-fixe menus from participating eateries. Restaurants are offering two- to three-course menus priced anywhere from $10 to $25 for lunch, and $20 to $40 for dinner. Patrons simply need to call and make reservations, or visit the restaurants and ask for their “Dine Alhambra” prix-fixe menus.
Diners can take a global culinary tour discovering the diverse and thriving food culture of Alhambra, via the 13 participating restaurants this year, including Limerick’s Tavern, Charlie’s Trio, Vino at Trio’s (a.k.a. Vino’s Back Alley), 38 Degrees Ale House & Grill, Diner on Main, Big Catch Seafood, Bon Appetea Café, Mahan Indian, Panasia Sweet and Savory, Phoenix Inn Chinese Cuisine, and newcomers to restaurant week, Baja Cali Fish & Tacos, The Chicken Koop, and Yang’s Kitchen. The restaurant lineup includes Irish, Italian, Mexican, Asian Fusion, American Continental, Taiwanese, Indian, seafood cuisines, and more.
Dine Alhambra Restaurant Week prix-fixe menus will be posted after the holidays so people can view them beforehand. For more information, stay updated at dinealhambrarestaurantweek.com.
