Inesita is a Spanish dance artist who has performed in all-solo concerts internationally.
The disabled artists in the exhibit use unique and creative styles of painting. Mr. Moreno, a quadriplegic, paints with his mouth, incorporating perspective and attention to textures and colors. Mr. Doyle is a working photographer taking pictures from his wheelchair. Mr. Vogel uses his wheelchair to create pleasing symmetric designs on canvas.
Inesita has performed with her Flamenco troupe at the Alhambra Performing Arts Center for over a dozen years to the delight thousands.
Mr. Knight saw up close how serious the issue of homelessness is when he first moved to Los Angeles in 2006 while working for the Los Angeles Free Clinic (now the Saban Community Clinic) and seeing all of those families in need. It was a wake-up call.
