The October Disability Art Exhibit at Los Angeles City Hall featured Academy of Special Dreams Foundation and LIFT artists.
The Academy of Special Dreams Foundation will honor a distinguished Latino leader, Fernando De Necochea, who has worked to foster a more inclusive society and better the Latino community in the greater Los Angeles area Saturday, Oct. 20.
