From their launch date in 2019 of The Shredded Carrot, 2428 W. Valley Blvd., Suzanne and her two sons Brent and Jonah began serving favorites like chocolate cake, varieties of cheese cake, pineapple upside down cake, layered tres leche, and Salvadorian quesadilla.
