The Alhambra Educational Education, or AEF, is a nonprofit organization that is focused on raising funds for programs, curriculum and materials that directly benefit all 15,000 students and 18 schools in the Alhambra Unified School District (AUSD). AEF is proud to be the official fundraising partner of AUSD, and has donated more than $1.5 million to the District since our inception in 1993.
The Alhambra Historical Society, founded in 1966, invites you to become a member and help further the aims of their organization. Annual dues are $5 per student, $15 per adult or $25 per family. A corporate membership is $150 and individual life membership is $200. The annual membership runs from July 1st-June 30th. The mission of the Alhambra Police Foundation is to work in partnership with citizens, businesses and philanthropic organizations, to provide resources to the Alhambra Police Department in order to enhance the Department’s ability to serve at its highest level in improving public safety, decreasing crime, and making Alhambra a safer place to live, work and visit.
The Library is one of the busiest libraries in the State of California, circulating as many as 500 items an hour. On average, about 44,000 individuals visit the library every month, and check out about 550,000 items every year. The Library is committed to providing the best possible service to the vibrant community of Alhambra.

Asian American Economic Development Enterprises, Inc. began in 1977 by helping Chinese immigrants acclimate to their new environment and to obtain financial security. It has since grown into a full service 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to economic self-help for Asian Americans and others. Its activities include workshops and seminars, business assistance for beginning and fledgling enterprises, access to funding for growing ventures, information support for the business community, advocacy for small and minority firms and individualized career consultation.
The Asian Business Association was founded in 1976 to proactively help Asian Americans gain access to economic opportunities and advancement. Through the efforts of the organization the ABA works towards bringing together divergent groups spanning the Asian business community on issues which mutually affect their business interests.
Asian Youth Center (AYC) is a 501(c)3 non-profit community based organization serving the social service and educational needs of all youth and families, with a focus on Asian Immigrants.
The Boys & Girls Club of West San Gabriel Valley has been a cornerstone of the community since we first opened our doors in 1972. We provide a safe, structured environment for young people after school, during holidays and on summer vacation.
