Frank W. Chen is one of California's premier lawyers. He was born in Taipei, Taiwan, and came to the United States in 1968 at the age of 4. He received his undergraduate degree in Economics from Stanford University in 1985, and his law degree from UCLA School of Law in 1988. His practice focuses on real estate law involving hotels, shopping centers, office buildings, residential complexes and single family residences.
