CEMALA, with director Magdolna Berezvai, performs at the White House.
CEMALA, (Classical European Music Academy Los Angeles) is honored and very proud to be able to perform on a European concert tour visiting Prague, Budapest, and Vienna.
Under the direction of Magdolna Berezvai, the young virtuosos practiced hard for this performance, as they have never experienced the cascading monuments and the refined classical culture of Budapest, Prague, and Vienna. They are also excited to visit the Parliament of Budapest, which has spectacular architecture.
This concert tour is making them open their eyes and is taking them back to the historical place where quality music was born.
These L.A., San Gabriel Valley, San Marino, and Alhambra residents, who have also performed on an Italian concert tour, were invited to the White House, Washington, D.C.; Carnegie Hall; New York; LA Lakers; Seaworld; Universal Studios; and Disneyland.
Just wonder what is next? Yet the kids are only age 4-12 years.
The academy is under the leadership of the Hungarian born violinist Magdolna Berezvai, who has brought to Los Angeles the skills she learned in her musical studies in Hungary, proving again that music is truly an international language. Ms. Berezvai is willing to bring down the stars from the sky if that is what it takes. Her desire is to give something back to the students using her talent and knowledge.
Her teaching technique molded children into amazing little virtuoso violinists who all continue to conquer the music scene anywhere they go.
One of the objectives is to identify extraordinary talent in the youth and give them the opportunity to nurture and to bring out the potential talent and to perform in competitions or concerts with the greatest orchestras of the world.
CEMALA is committed to nurturing young extraordinary musical talent and to provide the opportunity to perform. Their Iceland concert tour was an eye opener for them.
