In honor of Alhambra’s Rose Parade float featuring the library, the Chamber offered its annual Holiday Mixer/Happy Hour at the Civic Center Library with Rotary and New Gen. clubs. The Grinch made a special appearance, and toys were collected for the Spark of Love Toy Drive.
